(Limited to orders of 250 UPCs/EANs or less) After the 15 days (and no longer than 90 days after purchase), at our option, we will replace the barcodes should you find that there is an issue. There are no refunds after the 15-day period. There is no guarantee or warranty after the 90 days.

Our business model is simple: We own UPC prefixes from before 2002 that originally belonged to companies that are no longer using them—either because they shut down or moved on.
To ensure our customers fully understand how it works, we slow down the buying process so you can read through everything before you check out. When you purchase, you will confirm that you read and understand our terms and conditions.
You’re buying a subset of UPCs/EANs that we legally own. If you look one of these codes up in the GS1 database, it’ll still show the name of the original company that first owned the prefix. That’s just how GS1 works—it won’t ever show your company name unless you buy your own prefix and codes directly from GS1.

If you are outside the US and Canada and believe you require EANs indicating your country, you must get your prefix from the GS1 in your country.
